There are at least five cases of retractions:

- the first case is a retraction induced by pressure, intimidation and therefore fear. It comes at different times after a revelation. It mainly concerns the child and pre-teen.

- The second case involves the withdrawal of protection from amnesia. It involves a young child. Time metabolizes memory because the mind continues to build, the child's brain is not complete as that of adults. And it finds that protective amnesia is necessary for the child to develop the best possible way. I recently interrupted a therapy child victim at the age of four years, two years later, he told me nothing had happened. The case was proved: the perpetrator had admitted the facts and physical and psychological marks were ignored. When revelation and therapy involved, there may be a latency period that lasts until the traumatic puberty where the memory will awaken in other forms. The victim may then become aware of misuse of the sexual relationship of sharing love.
If the victim has received early treatment, it will have more chance of escape. Otherwise, some teens untreated can become what educators call "walking bombs" to themselves or others. A fortiori if their victim status was not recognized by the courts;

I recently drew attention to the scandal of pedophilia in Outreau, concluded on appeal by the Assizes acquitted 13 accused.

Franck and Sandrine Lavier, acquitted two of the 13 are in custody at the police station yesterday morning Boulogne 11 am for "physical abuse" on two of their children, ages 10 and 11 years.

"It's not about sexual abuse," according to the prosecutor general. The investigation began last week. The children were temporarily removed from the custody and handed over to social services. The two children, a boy and a girl aged 10 and 11 years, have left the parental home in Boulogne, Thursday, February 24, to walk to a few kilometers further, that of a nurse with whom they were placed during the Outreau case.

This alerted social services after obtaining the confidence of children who reported being abused by their parents. Medical examinations have confirmed their statements.

Franck and Sandrine Lavier, paid in the Outreau case, were remanded in custody Tuesday, March 1st at Boulogne-sur-Mer (Pas-de-Calais) for alleged abuse without sex on their children, "sources said police and judiciary.
