(© AFP / February 20, 2011 11:24) Francoise Rudetzki creates SOSTerrorism first protection association of victims of terrorism in December 1985, a date that marks the beginning of the wave of deadly attacks, related to the conflict in the Middle East in Paris. It will draw all the bells on the right or left, as the government in Parliament, while speaking to the media.
She obtained in 1986 the creation of the Guarantee Fund for Victims of Terrorism, funded by a levy of two or three francs (3.30 euros in 2010) on each contract of property insurance (75 million contracts today), an extended warranty in 1990 to all victims of crimes (rapes, assaults, robberies). 
Indefatigable, she also succeeded in gaining recognition for the victims of terrorism the status of civilian war victims and the possibility for associations to be plaintiffs in lawsuits. Twenty-two years after its inception, SOS Terrorism, which has helped nearly 2,000 victims, s'autodissout in September 2008. Apart from the acts committed in the Basque Country and Corsica, France has not experienced a terrorist attack since December 3, 1996 (four deaths in the RER station of Port-Royal, Paris).
"It is for public authorities to organize a new structure parastatal", had then pleaded Francoise Rudetzki.
